In fact I am an atheist, but I decided to go to see Black Madonna,it's very importatnt for Częstochowa,I think it's the symbol of the city, everyboday should know Black Madonna if you come to Czestochowa.
We went to the church at noon on 24 June before we come to SOPOT,the church is located on a hillside,It's so majestic and beautiful, the building layout is scientific and reasonable. In front of it is a straight road, for the faithful pilgrims. This reminds me of Chinese Buddhism, especially Tibetan Buddhism,I think in some point of view, is consistent with their inherent.
Anyway, this brief visit, let me have a deep impression.I will miss the city.
I know Częstochowa is a spiritual center of Poland, because the city has the best church, and they have Black Madonna.
Just about 30 people (or maybe 40) came to our concert in Cafe Belg, I played at here for the first time in 2007. it's a nice place. We sold 6 CDs, one lady told me she wept in our sound, and another women said she flew when we performed. I think this is the best compliment for us.
After concert, people liked to talk with us about our music, about feelings and culture. They hope we will come back soon. Czestochowa let me have a good impression and memory.

We still had about an hour before the train so we decided to go to Cafe Belg (where we performed last night – report from the concert later). It is a really nice place with very friendly people, so we drank our last coffee in Częstochowa and ate some cake. Again, it was very funny :-) But we also recorded a short interview about the ChoP project for the Zen’s film.
Than we went to the railway station. As usual - the train was late. But finally two trains (one from Kraków and one from Katowice) were connected and Zen and Ying could start their 10 hour journey to Sopot.
Jacek form Toksyna FM has just called. They have just arrived and everything is OK! I hope the PLUM FESTIVAL in Sopot will be a magical experience for everybody!
Here you can see the solvay gig... What do you think?
I'm at hotel in Greg's home town,we will have a concert tonight, now I have time to update our blog.21-22 June,we have two gigs in Krakow:RE Club and Solvay,RE CLUB is a nice place,I went to RE CLUB on June in 2007,Zbigniew Karkowski take me to here, and I knew Dickson Dee played at here in 2005.I think Krakow is a tourist city,so maybe it has no many people will come to event, just about 5 audiences come.but it's ok,because we have nice space and great sounds system for our performace.the 2nd concert in Krakow on 22 June,it's very pitiful, just 2 audiences....I like the place,it's a theater, big screen for visual, the visual made by a teacher in Hong Kong University,it focuses on the construction and population of Hong Kong.I and Greg(CHOP VOL.1) make soundtrack for the visual,I recorded our live performace,I think I will release it under my label by DVD in the future.
after concert,we went to Greg's hometown-Częstochowa at night.
In the morning,we going to Anna's school.I teach the students how to use chopsticks, and how to speak the simple Chinese Language,I think it's an important part for ChoP project, because it's culture exchange.Greg showed the photos for students, these photos were ChoP on tour in China 2009.I explained these pictures,I hope more people can understand Chinese traditional culture, of course I hope more people will see what's happened in new China.and I will also explain to my friends about the Polish culture in China,I think this is a responsibility for ChoP project!
OK,let me have rest,I will update after our concert tonight.
Unfortunately Krakow is not very goog place to organise concerts. There are so many small gigs, that one more does not make a difference for the citizens. So in fact we were performing just for 2 people :-) Ying and our friend Krzysiek Cybulski. In fact the gig was very interesting. We were making live music for the film made in Hong Kong. Very inspiring experience! I hope the recording of the gig is OK and we gonna upload some mp3s here. Stay tunned...
We are waiting for Anna and having some fun in Jurajska Gallery :-)
...online with Kim_Nasung and with each other...
During the last day we were only watching and listening, not performing.
ISAN was amazing!
ChoP vol.1 played in Warsaw for the 2nd time. We played quite short - just about 30 minutess. At the end we made micro-noise and Greg closed all sound when the high wave approached. The audience liked our performace very much!
This day was quite interesting. First we went to Gallery 2.0 where the new exhibition called "Digital Sculptures for Analog Sounds" was open. The idea of analog sounds appeared on WEF forum. It was developed by Krzysiek Cybulski. The digital sculptures to the analog sounds were made by Polish artist living in New York, Przemyslaw Moskal.
Than we went to Jazz Radio where Guiddo interviewed us in his radio show Input Output Put Put.
The first concert was great!
Zen Lu played some ambient sounds and mixed it with his magical sound-box sounds!
